The Macworld Experience -- Day 3
By WilliamLH

August 7, 1997 Boston, MA. - Today the announcements from yesterday are starting to sink in, most people I've talked to feel the Apple Microsoft deal is good but also feel a bit betrayed. Apple's stock is way up and looks like it may get past $30.00 a share, great news for investors!

Today I will visit all the vendors on the show floors and make arrangements with software manufacturers to get their products and review them for our faithful MacNow readers! ;-> Noticeably absent from the floor was Hewlett Packard, wonder what happened to them? I've bounced from the World Trade Center to the Bayside Expo Center twice today and heard many a Macintosh tale, and much discussion about the Apple Microsoft deal, developers seem to like the deal and users seem to not like the deal near as much, so it would appear your opinion depends on how and what you use your Macintosh for.

Some products to look for that I found while perusing the many vendors and will be reviewing in future issues:

These are just some of the products I will be reviewing as a result of my romp through the 1997 Boston Macworld Expo.

There are some parties tonight but I'm way to tired so I think I'll go back to my motel and catch some shut eye. See you tomorrow.
